8 Week Live Course Structure
WEEKLY LESSONS
1 hour lessons are held online twice a week with live instruction - In person lessons are available by appointment in Prescott, AZ
Weekly lessons cover:
Knowledge: Explore the science of nutrition and the history surrounding our current guidelines. Learn to think critically about nutrition concepts and lifestyle practices, determining which ones fit best with with your lifestyle and personal goals.

How eating unhealthy fats leads to metabolic dysfunction, the root cause of modern lifestyle diseases, and how healthy fats form the basis of energizing your body and brain.

How the food you start a meal with significantly impacts how you feel.

Why many exercise programs leave you stressed, tired, and hungry instead of physically and mentally stronger.
Roadblocks:​ Getting started can be a big adjustment. Knowing that your peers are sharing similar experiences can help you stay on course if change feels hard. It’ll take time but at some point you’ll realize you start yearning for healthy foods and no are longer uncontrollably tempted by junk foods. Many find that it only takes a couple of weeks to start seeing positive results; for some it's a bit longer.

PRIVATE COACHING

Private coaching sessions are held online (in person by appointment).
​Schedule your monthly coaching meeting at your leisure. We’ll personalize your program to perfectly fit your goals. You’ll have space to discuss anything you don’t feel comfortable sharing in a group setting. If you're enrolled in the Individual Premium Plan you'll receive private support every week along with in-depth science surrounding nutrition and lifestyle practices.

MEAL PLAN

Everyone enrolled in the course will have access to an 8 week meal plan - All of the recipes pictured in the gallery below are included.
It's not required that you strictly follow the meal plan, but especially in the first few weeks of the program we highly encourage you to stick to it. The meal plan is designed to be elegantly simple and full of nutritionally dense foods that will keep you energized and rarely feeling hungry.
As your nutritional knowledge expands over the course of the program, we encourage you to apply your newfound knowledge to old family favorite recipes - modifying them to fit your new lifestyle principles.​
