Whole Wheat is Healthy, Right?

Bread & fresh baked goods are delightful, but if it’s optimal health that you’re chasing, you might strongly consider eliminating grains from your typical routine. This goes for sprouted grains & sourdough too as they can still significantly spike your blood sugar. Comprised of empty carbs, bread & pasta of all types are also extremely easy to overeat.
